At Marissa Makes It Yours LLC, we are dedicated to connecting long term Baltimore renters to opportunities where they can own their own property and build equity. Sometimes, the simplest solution is sharing knowledge.
In addition, we work with non-profits to facilitate housing opportunities for community members who need access to safe housing. If eligible, we can connect you to one of our affiliated non-profit programs in which there may be opportunity for supportive housing.
Through our partnerships, Marissa Makes it Yours LLC facilitates a homeownership program which helps residents learn how to:

A New York native, Marissa moved to Baltimore, MD in 2021 to pursue her career in structural renovations. With her BS in Architectural Engineering and a minor in Entrepreneurship, she has been focused on problem solving and critical thinking in both her personal and professional life. After buying and renting her first purchased property,

With her BS in Architectural Engineering and a minor in Entrepreneurship, she has been focused on problem solving and critical thinking in both her personal and professional life. After buying and renting her first purchased property, she fine tuned her passion for property management and providing quality spaces for tenants. Frustrated at the statistics of native renters in Baltimore, Marissa decided to start a company that would help pave a path for long term renters to facilitate homeownership, ensuring residents of Baltimore receive dedicated support to establish individual property ownership.
Marissa and her team provide thoughtful, custom coverage and peace of mind for both owners and tenants. Buying a property, especially to set up as a rental, can be hard - she's here to help you realize that you *can* do it, and build equity while you're at it!
